Tuition Costs and Payments

Call and schedule a meeting with the principal to take a tour of the school and discuss enrolling your student.


Pay the registration fee and pick up the list of required materials from the school office.

A student will be considered for admission to Capitol City Baptist School after the submission of an application. Parents must provide a copy of their child’s birth certificate to be considered for enrollment. Up-to-date immunization records are also required. Upon submission of the application, parents should make arrangements for an interview with the school principal or administrator. The purpose of the interview is to present the school's philosophy and unique opportunities to the parents and students. Ample opportunity will be given for questions, and a tour of the facilities will be taken. Therefore, we require the parents to bring the prospective student(s) with them to this interview. Please bring all available academic records with you to this interview, unless we have received transcripts from the previous school.

TUITION RATES (2023-2024 School Year)

Full Payment Charge for the School Year before Discounts

$4,450.00 without participation hours

$3,250.00 with volunteer participation hours ($1200 discount)

  • To qualify for the volunteer participation discount, each family must enroll in the program at the beginning of the year. Each participating family is required to complete 20 volunteer hours each marking period (for a total of 80 hours for the school year). There will be a charge of $15.00 for every hour not completed added to the school bill at the end of the year.

Payment Options

Paid in Full

  • If the entire family balance for the year is paid in full on or before September 13th, there is a $200 discount per family.

Month Payment Option (10 Payments, September - June)

  • Monthly payments are due the 1st of each month. If payment is not received before the 10th of the month, a late fee of $25 will be assessed.

Split Payment Discount

  • If half the family balance is paid on or before September 13th, there is a $50 discount per family

Multiple Student Discounts

  • For the first child that is enrolled, full tuition is charged

  • For the second child that is enrolled, there is a $200 discount

  • For the third child that is enrolled and thereafter, there is a $400 discount per child


The following possible fees will be detailed separately by student, according to his grade level, classes, and participation.

· Yearbook Fee

· Kindergarten Graduation Fee

· High School Graduation Fee

These fees will be invoiced to each family at the applicable times within the school year. Because they are not refundable, please do not pay in advance.

This privilege can be withdrawn by CCBS at anytime due to improper and unacceptable conduct towards the staff, students and facilities of CCBS.
